understand its dynamics or alleviate its negative
consequences.
In
offering this postgraduate credit-bearing course the
Centre for Peace and Reconciliation
Studies (CPRS) of Coventry University in
partnership with Responding to Conflict (RTC)
aims to support people who are interested in making a
practical contribution to their society and who want to be
more effectively involved in handling conflicts at the
inter-personal, community, national or international levels.
The

work for an NGO in a region of conflict but are without any
practical experience or conflict handling skills;
practitioners working in the field who would benefit from a
renewed focus on the dynamics of conflict; those working in
either the statutory or the non-governmental sectors dealing
with racism and social exclusion whilst seeking to promote
community cohesion; and members of organisations facing conflict
over change within the workplace or an organisational
setting.
