The Philippines: Troupled times ahead? A report by Paul Clifford
Paul Clifford, an RTC consultant was in the Philippines from April to June for RTC. Community Rights Law in Liberia
In September 2008 Liberia's National Legislature unanimously adopted the Community Rights Law (CRL) which stated that forest ownership is a legitimate property right.
