Swiss Expert Pool
RTC was part of the facilitation team for a nine-day pilot Training for Trainers course, designed to equip selected members of the Swiss Expert Pool (who serve as experts in foreign missions) with the skills to train their counterparts in the field.
Prime Minister's Delivery Unit (PMDU)/ London
Staff training on analysis and intervention. Staff explored varies incidents that have arisen in their work in the fields of transport, health and education. All were quadripartite, involving No 10, the PMDU, the relevant department of state and grassroots, actual people running hospitals, schools etc. Staff were given an opportunity to reflect on very high risk, and sometimes inflammatory relationships with some high visibility politicians and civil servants, and to look at the issues underlying these.
