TrainingConsultancies and tailor made training

RTC has over 20 years experience supporting organisations in unstable environments to ensure that their activities not only do no harm but actively contribute to the transformation of violent conflict to a situation of sustainable peace in what ever ways possible. RTC works directly with communities and organisations living and working in conflict-affected situations to enable them to develop and implement effective strategies for peace.

One of the ways we do this is through our consultancy and tailor made training service.  We provide specialist advice and training in response to specific requests from community groups, non-governmental-organisations and governments worldwide. We bring a proven track record of successfully working with groups consisting of people from diverse cultural, political and ideological affiliations in the same forum.

RTC works with international non-governmental organisations, national non-governmental organisations, multilateral institutions, governments and community based organisations. We have particular expertise in conflict context analysis, identifying strategic options, planning, dispute resolution, applying conflict sensitive approaches and organisational assessment and development for operations in fragile states and conflict zones.

RTC provides both tailor made training and skills development as well as support services for organisations working in conflict.

RTC has a team of dedicated and experienced professionals and is based in Birmingham, UK. Our services can be arranged at our training venue in Birmingham or at a venue of your choice, either in the UK or globally. Our consultants and trainers are acknowledged experts in their field and bring extensive experience to their work.
