Responding to Conflict's vision is of...
A world where people affected by conflict and violence are at the heart of building lasting peace with justice in their own situations.
Our mission is to promote peaceful change. We do this by working alongside people living in situations of conflict and violence to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to create and implement strategies for peace.
In order to achieve this RTC's organisational aims are:
- to transform situations of conflict and violence and bring about constructive change
- to promote learning for effective action on conflict prevention and peacebuilding with individuals and organisations working in unstable environments
- to be established as a respected and innovative organisation in the field of conflict transformation
